Tarte au fraise

:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Pate sablee : 150g de farine ; 2 oeufs ;75g de sucre ;1pincee de sel ;75 gr de beurre                                                                                                                 Garniture: creme patissiere :1oeuf entier ;2jaune d’oeufs ;50gr de sucre semoule ;1/4 de litre de lait; 1gosse de vanille ; 350g de fraise                                   Meringue : 1blanc d’oeuf ;50gr de sucre glace                                                                                                                                                                                           Preparation de la pate :                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    -Travaillez l’eouf ,le sucre ,et le sel en melange mousseux .                                                                                                                                                                                        -Versez d’un seul coup toute la farine et incorporez le en soulevant la pate vous obtenez une sorte de « sable » .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        -Versez le sur planche a patisserie ,mettez le beurre en parcelles au millieu et petrissez jusqu’a absorption de la matiere grasse par la farine .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  -Quand la pate est lisse et homogene ,abaisser -le au rouleau et foncer au moule a tarte beurre .                                                                                                         Preparation de la creme patissiere :                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    - Faites infuser la gosse de vanille dans le lait chaude                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    -Battre les oeufs (1oeuf entier +2jaunes avec le sucre ) .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         -Ajoutez les fraises coupees eb petites morceaux .                                                                                                                                                                                                       -Versez le lait bouillant sur ce melange .                                                                                                                                                                                                                        -Remplisser le fond de la pate demi-cuite le melange   .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              - Faites cuire a nouveau 10mn ,resortir du four et recouvrez a l’aide d’une spatule de meringue obtenue en melant simplement le sucre et le blanc d’oeuf battu en neige et biensure chacun a sa facon de garnir .                                                                                                                                                                                                           Servez froid .
